FROM ‘BAD HAIR’ DAY TO ‘I CARE’ DAY – PUT YOUR ROOTS TO GOOD USE!
Q What stands still for 40 years?
A Pancreatic cancer survival rates
I know this because it took my husband in 2009 & his mum in 1969 yet Kevin stood no better a chance of surviving in 2009 than his mum did in 1969.
Just lately though, progress had started to happen – we were actually seeing a slight shift – we had reason to feel more optimistic. Who knew Covid19 was just around the corner.
Like all charities, Covid is going to have a huge impact on funds available for pancreatic cancer ……
So, it got me thinking – what if a teeny weeny bit of the money we’ve all saved from not being able to go to the hairdressers could be directed to the pancreatic cancer charities to show them we’re rooting for them!

Roots piccie not obligatory but I’m sure yours can’t be as bad as mine!!
Thanks for any support you might be able to give – I know the charities will be truly grateful as am I
